Placing Orders:

Beauty of a Site allows you to order is several convenient ways:

  1. Place an order online.
  2. Print off an order form
    1. mail in your order form and payment (credit card, cashier’s check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted)
    2. Fax your order form to 866-203-5843, providing credit card information or sending a payment through the mail.
  3. Call and talk to one of our customer representatives at 888-826-8578.

Sales Tax:

Beauty of a Site is located in Illinois, and is required by law to collect a 7.25% sales tax on any orders shipped within Illinois. All orders outside of Illinois will not be charged sales tax.

Charging Your Credit Card:

Beauty of a Site will not charge your credit card until the day your order is shipped.

Gift Wrapping:

Gift Wrapping is available on all orders for an additional $3.00. Gift wrapped items are packaged in a signature black box, stuffed with purple crinkle and tied with an elegant fabric ribbon with a message of your choice. Gift wrapping messages and options are available at check out.

Change/Modify an Order:

If your order has not been processed, changes and additions can be made. Call a customer service representative at 888-826-8578 or send a detailed email (including your order number) to info@beautyofasite.com.

Order Cancellation:

Providing your order has not been processed, you may cancel your order by calling a customer service representative at 888-826-8578 or sending us a detailed email message (including your order number) to info@beautyofasite.com.

Back Order:

In the rare case that one of the products you purchased is on backorder or out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone call. If you purchased multiple products, you will be given the option of receiving a partial shipment and either cancelling or back ordering the remaining items, or you can hold your entire order until the backordered items have arrived.

If available, we will provide an expected restock date.

International Purchases:

International Ordering Process:

  • Order is placed on Beauty of a Site
  • Beauty of a Site receives order and calculates shipping charges
  • Within 24 hours, Beauty of a Site informs customer via email of shipping charges
  • Customer has 24 hours to cancel order
  • After 24 hours, Beauty of a Site charges customer’s credit card
  • Order is packed and prepared for shipment
  • Order is delivered to the post office at the end of the week
  • Customer receives order in approximately 14 business days

General Restrictions:

Because of a vast amount of Internet credit card fraud, we carefully verify each order. If you place an order, please make sure that you provide us with the billing address, and the billing phone number for the credit card you are using. International orders are solely shipped to the billing address. As our way of protecting against fraudulent credit card charges, Beauty of a Site reserves the right to ask for additional identification and verification on any international purchases.

Shipping Information:

Items from Beauty of a Site can be shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped to Africa, Island Nations, Israel, Latin America, or the Middle East. We use United States Postal Service Air Mail Priority service to ship all international orders. Your order will usually arrive within approximately 14 business days. Once the local postal system of the destination country receives your package, the local postal system will make the necessary delivery arrangements. Beautyofasite.com and our shipping agents cannot affect these arrangements. Actual ship time from the local postal system to the final destination varies widely by country. Delays in delivery are usually due to customs/import duties or local postal guidelines.

Shipping Charges:

Before Beauty of a Site charges your credit card or ships out your order, we will send you an email informing you of the shipping costs for the items you ordered. After receiving that email, you have 24 hours to refuse shipment. After 24 hours, your credit card will be processed to ensure valid credit card information. International orders are shipped once a week.

Custom and Import Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact the local customs office that you are shipping to for more information. Beautyofasite.com does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws.

Additionally, when ordering from Beautyofasite.com you are considered the importer of record. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are being received, including the payment of any applicable custom duties and/or importation fees imposed, levied or assessed on the importation of any products ordered from Beautyofasite.com.
