Alba Botanica Sea Kelp Facial Toner is made from 84% Certified organic ingredients. An invigorating blend of sea kelp extracts, aloe vera and skin toning astringents to purify, hydrate, and balance your skin's pH for optimum moisturizing benefits.For all skin types. Use in the morning and evening after cleansing. Directions for use: After cleansing, dampen a cotton pad with toner, and gently wipe face and neck. Do not rinse. Avoid contact with eyes.
