The new Zoya MatteVelvet contains three gorgeous colors, perfect for the vintage, retro, metro mod loving color junkie. Each full-coverage shade (necessitating no base coat!) uses a very subtle shimmer with the true matte shade, keeping them from ever being dull. Truly wearable!

Zoya nail lacquers are free of harmful industrial chemicals like toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, dibutyl phthalate (DBP). Please note: because of the matte nature of these polishes, they do not wear as long as normal Zoya polishes.
