rock & roll

how to use hot (or cold) rollers

Glamour curls are back!  Big voluptuous volume & curls can be yours!  To achieve plump uniform curls apply a small amount of Terax Original Style Gel to the section to be curled. The gel will prevent over drying of the cuticle and help protect the hair from heat damage while keeping the curl uniform and bouncy for hours. Curl using a curling iron or hot (or cold) rollers.  Set style using a humidity resistant hair spray.  This will prevent the frizzies and keep hair smooth & supple.

For everyday use, a variable heat curling iron used on low to medium heat setting would be your best bet- it's fast & easy!  1" or 1 1/2".   For curls or waves with added volume, try a steam hair setter, which sets hair without drying hair out.  We Love: Babyliss Hair Setter.  Or if you prefer, rollers are an inexpensive alternative for a special occasion.

Tip:  Before putting hot rollers in your hair and before taking them out, use a soft holding hairspray will make removal and styling easier.
